Pizza Surprise Night for Homeless Teens : Jan 31
When the homeless girls at Wayside requested a Pizza Night when we brained stormed ideas they would never have guessed in a million years that we would arrange for Tim from The Mobile Pizzeria to pitch up with a clay oven & serve them all made to order pizzas !!
They were so thrilled. The pizzas were sha-mazing & were voted "better than Dominos" praise indeed from teenagers ! Our ace baker volunteer Amelia from Roasted Rose also sent over some truly spectacular muffins - how does she make them like them like that ?!!

This feedback was written in by one very quiet teen who looked so very unhappy on arrival & was very hard to draw out turning down everything offered but by the end was bouncing about & eating for England "I loved it.
